On these stoves there is a large compartment on the left. Next to the oven and the broiler. What is this used for? Someone suggested that this portion of the stove is used as a "proofer". A "proofer" is used in making bread. It is a warm spot where dough rises. Does anyone have a old owner's manual and can explain to me how this part of the stove is used. I would appreciate any help.
