And we do not have the money to redo the kitchen. So I am asking is there any place that sell retro fit parts? See I need the temp controls and the heating elements. I have a model from late 50's early 60's #11-055608 that needed a replacement heating element for the upper oven. I eventually found one under "frigidare". It was the exact one (shape, measurements 14 1/4"w x 17 5/8" L. distance from mount to terminals = 1 7/8", etc). I did not reattach the shield to the element because it was not in suitable shape to do so. I found it via appliancezone.com. Hope this helps.Cheryl M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06778221794985893973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3241616268518648811.post-57277188428703732402010-12-16T22:03:42.241-06:002010-12-16T22:03:42.241-06:00help! i cant find any info on my stove. serial num...help! i cant find any info on my stove. serial number 32357. no oven window,no pilot on oven, burners have pilots, the light has a pull chain and a timer. the light is like a petalstool. oven on right, broiler below.storage on left. a bigger drawer and a smaller one below. anybody help me?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3241616268518648811.post-42225568035427934132010-10-15T14:16:03.015-05:002010-10-15T14:16:03.015-05:00I have the twin to your 1950's Ranch kitchen w...I have the twin to your 1950's Ranch kitchen wall oven. I am trying to find the model # but am having difficulty as the plate is quite worn and hard to read. I need to replace the bottom heating element in the top oven. It only works on broil.
